What do you need to rent an apartment?
Simply select an apartment on page “Apartments“, fill out the booking form, and complete the payment. Once completed, your booking will be immediately confirmed.
What is included in the apartment?
The apartment is fully equipped for comfortable living: a sleeping area, a place to eat and work on a laptop, a TV, all necessary household appliances, towels, cleaning supplies, tableware, cookware, a washing machine, etc.
You can move in with just one suitcase and live comfortably right away!
How does the move-in process work?
You will either be met at the location and shown the apartment, or you will use a key box for self check-in (depending on your arrival time).
Can you help me with moving?
Yes, we can help you move for ¥10,000. This includes transport in one kei truck (light cargo car). You will need to pack your belongings yourself — we will assist with loading and unloading. Please make sure each box weighs no more than 20 kg.
Is there parking available?
There are parking spaces nearby which can be rented separately, and there are coin-operated parking lots close to the apartments.
Is there parking for motorcycles or scooters?
Some properties have free parking spaces for bicycles, scooters, or motorcycles, but the number of spaces is limited. You can check availability on the apartment’s page or by contacting us.
Are pets allowed?
Pets may be allowed depending on the circumstances. If you’d like to bring a pet, please contact us to discuss the details.
Can I register my residence in these apartments?
Yes, you can register your residence, but please inform us in advance.
Are utility bills included in the rent?
For short-term rentals, the cost of water, gas, and electricity is included in the rent.
Do I need a guarantor or a guarantor company?
For short-term rentals, no personal guarantor or guarantor company is required.
Do I need to pay a deposit or key money?
For short-term rentals, no key money or deposit is required.
If I want to extend my stay, when should I inform you?
For short-term rentals, please notify us as soon as possible if you want to extend your stay. The closer to the end of your rental period, the higher the chance the apartment will be booked by someone else.
